Our philosophy is simple: support the people already running them, then add value how we know best. We aim to invest in companies that predominantly meet our deal box:

EBITDA SEK 5–10M Stable, profitable, with a credible 3-year history.
EBITDA margin 15–20% minimum A healthy margin that shows the business is genuinely profitable.
Geography Stockholm & Göteborg Sweden's two largest commercial hubs. Remote operation is fine.
Industries Property Management · Home Services · Real Estate Real estate and adjacent sectors, with a particular focus on property management and home services.
Situation Succession or Growth Owners ready to step back, or strong businesses ready to scale.
Handover Flexible Stay on, step back gradually, or hand over fully. This will be an important conversation during our coffee hour.

NDA signed, and we check the books.

Offer & LOI

If all fits, we'll send over our offer and proceed to LOI.

If all goes well, we share a bottle of champagne and get to work.
